Family Conference
Empowerment and reconciliation of the family and the child/children by finding resources for family and child support among the extended family and/or other persons of interest to the family, in order to find the solution for improving the situation of the child in the family and other environment.
Family Conference
Beneficiaries - Children and their families;
Place of provision- social service institution; individual's (family's) home, institutions, organisations, public spaces, etc.
Duration/frequency of provision - One family conference of up to 35 hours, no more than 2 times per calendar year;
Service providers - Family conference coordinators;
Special features - A Family Conference Coordinator cannot provide a Family Conference service to a family for which he/she has provided or is providing other social services or support to the child and/or his/her parents
